Parents/Guardians,
Thank you for all of your support during all of our activities this past week. We have the best parents at Voyage Academy! The following are a list of items to be aware of:
· Monday, October 6th from 3:30-7:00 PM is our Boo to the Flu clinic. Come and support Voyage Academy and get your annual flu shot! Voyage Academy will receive $2.50 for EVERY shot (flu mist) given on Monday at our school.Vaccines will be administered by the Davis County Health Department. Insurance is accepted and you will need to bring proof of insurance when you come to the flu clinic. Children 0-18 years of age are eligible for free State-supplied vaccines. The Davis County Health Department will also offer Tdap and Pneumonia vaccinations during this same time. Any friends and family who do not attend Voyage Academy are also welcome to come to this flu shot clinic!
· Next week, October 6-10 is Bully Prevention Week. A separate email will be sent detailing the events of the week.
· Fall Break is October 16-17. We will have NO school on those days. October 15 is an early out (Friday schedule) day. Please plan accordingly.
· Voyage Academy Annual Halloween Carnival is October 24 from 3:00-6:00 PM.
· If your student’s $20 expedition contributions have not been paid, please pay them in the office.
· With the cooler weather coming, please make sure that your students are dressed appropriately for the cold. Students will be going out for recess weather permitting.
